Duty Responsibilities of Field Cum Operation Executive
1- Manpower arrangement
2- Manpower grooming and briefing
3- Training Programme for man power
4- To maintain monthly attendance of all employees & submit the same to the HR Dept.
5- Filling up of personal data forms of the employees and submit the same to the HR Deptt.
6- Disbursement of materials
7- Disbursement of salary
8- Timely submit of monthly invoice to the clients.
9- Cleaning & maintenance of the equipments
10- To maintain uniform record
11- To watch manpower and materials costing of every site.
12- To make the arrangement for weekly Carpet Cleaning Job
13- To Get the feed back from the clients after completion of Job
14- To organized field team for periodically façade cleaning
15- To make arrangement of the equipments for weekly carpet cleaning job.
16- To call Technician in case of fault in the machine.
17- To find out root cause of the problems arise within the site.
