Job Description

Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising housekeeping staff and ensuring the shop floor, washrooms, and common areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily cleaning operations on the shop floor.
Assign duties and manage housekeeping staff.
Check workers’ uniforms and ensure cleanliness and proper grooming.
Ensure proper waste disposal and hygiene standards.
Maintain stock of cleaning materials and equipment.
Conduct routine inspections and ensure safety compliance.
Coordinate with production and admin teams for housekeeping needs.

Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in housekeeping in a factory/industrial setup.
Strong supervision and communication skills.
Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and safety protocols.
