Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Summary:
Responsible for supervising housekeeping staff and ensuring the shop floor, washrooms, and common areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily cleaning operations on the shop floor.

• Assign duties and manage housekeeping staff.

• Check workers’ uniforms and ensure cleanliness and proper grooming.

• Ensure proper waste disposal and hygiene standards.

• Maintain stock of cleaning materials and equipment.

• Conduct routine inspections and ensure safety compliance.

• Coordinate with production and admin teams for housekeeping needs.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in housekeeping in a factory/industrial setup.

• Strong supervision and communication skills.

• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and safety protocols.
