Job Description

SUPERVISION OF HOUSEKEEPING STAFF DOING FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES:

GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK – HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES

DAILY:

· COLLECTION OF GARBAGE FROM ALL FLATS.

· SWEEPING OF ALL STAIRS / LOBBY (ALL FLOORS) ONCE A DAY.

· SWEEPING OF GARDEN/ COMMON AREA, PARKING AREA ONCE A DAY.

· SWEEPING & MOPPING OF OFFICE, OTHER ROOMS, LIBRARY, ETC. ONCE A DAY.

· MOPPING OF ALL FLOOR STAIRS & LOBBY AREA.

· CLEANING OF BATHROOM / TOILETS (COMMON), ONCE A DAY.

WEEKLY:

· CLEANING OF RESCUE AREA / FIRE BALCONY.

· Cleaning of lift and its door.

· Cleaning of resting chairs with wet cloth.

MONTHLY:

· REMOVAL OF COBWEBS.

· CLEANING OF FANS IN COMMON AREA

· CLEANING OF GLASS WINDOW PANES.

HALF YEARLY:

· JET CLEANING OF PODIUM AND PARKING AREA.
