They are responsible for scheduling, performance monitoring, ordering supplies, and reporting to management, making sure staff follow safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management: Schedule shifts, assign duties, train new staff, monitor performance, and resolve conflicts.
Operations Oversight: Inspect guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces for cleanliness and maintenance needs.
Inventory & Supplies: Monitor, order, and manage cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment.
Standards & Compliance: Ensure adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and safety policies (e.g., PPE usage).
Guest Satisfaction: Respond to guest complaints and special requests professionally.
