Housekeeping Supervisor

• Communicate the with client and housekeeping staff.

• Arrange the housekeeping staff for the site.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff across the manufacturing floor, offices, restrooms, break areas, and external premises.

• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of production areas, equipment zones, and high-traffic areas as per hygiene standards.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company cleanliness protocols and safety regulations.

• Monitor the use and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; place orders as required.

• Develop cleaning schedules and assign tasks to staff for efficient coverage across shifts.

• Train and guide housekeeping team on proper cleaning techniques, chemical use, and safety procedures (PPE, MSDS, etc.).

• Report any maintenance or safety issues (e.g., spills, leaks, damaged equipment) promptly to the relevant department.

• Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, inspections, and incident reports.

• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and safety teams for seamless operations.
