• Oversee day-to-day facility operations including housekeeping, security, and maintenance.

• Ensure smooth running of all services like cleaning, utilities, and repair works.

• Manage and monitor facility staff, vendors, and contractors.

• Maintain stock and inventory of consumables and equipment.

• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies.

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, checklists, and daily logs.

• Handle client interactions and resolve facility-related concerns promptly.

• Coordinate with HR/Admin for manpower deployment and training.
