Housekeeping Supervisor

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team Sarvodaya Manpower and Securitas Solutions Pvt Ltd to work in Lifestyle retail store located in VR Mall Anna Nagar Chennai major responsiblity is to supervise housekeeping staffs and to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas. The role includes using appropriate leadership skills and team management skills. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹16000 - ₹18000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all the Housekeeping staffs and asign duties accordingly to maintain Cleanliness in designated areas, including floors, glasses, trial rooms etc..

• Maintain attendance records of the staffs accurately.

• While deploying new staff all the required duments should be collected and submitted to the field officer.

• Have to conduct frequent meetings to collect staff concerns and to breif the responsebilities.

• Should submit the daily incident & attendance reports to the field officers.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. Expert knowledge of handling Housekeeping staffs in retail store. The role requires candidates with time management skills, attention to detail, and Leadership skills to manage staffs efficiently.

• It is a Full Time Housekeeping job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
