Housekeeping Supervisor

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team Sarvodaya Manpower and Securitas Solutions Pvt Ltd to work as a Housekeeping Supervisor in Lifestyle Retail store located in L&T Mall Moosarambagh, Hyderabad.

The role includes using appropriate Managerial skills and leadership skills to handle and manage housekeeping staffs. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹16000 - ₹18000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all the Housekeeping staffs and asign duties accordingly to maintain Cleanliness in designated areas, including floors, glasses, trial rooms etc..

• Maintain attendance records of the staffs accurately.

• While deploying new staff all the required duments should be collected and submitted to the field officer.

• Have to conduct frequent meetings to collect staff concerns and to breif the responsebilities.

• Should submit the daily incident & attendance reports to the field officers.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 0.5 - 1 years of experience. Expert knowledge of handling Housekeeping staffs in retail store. The role requires candidates with time management skills, attention to detail, and Leadership skills to manage staffs efficiently.

• It is a Full Time Housekeeping job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
