The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily housekeeping operations of the showroom, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the work of all housekeeping staff (approximately 10 staff).
Ensure daily cleaning and maintenance of showroom floors, washrooms, glass surfaces, display areas, customer zones, staff rooms, etc.
Monitor and ensure the grooming, discipline, and punctuality of housekeeping staff.
Conduct regular inspections and report issues such as damages, repairs, or deep-cleaning needs.
Maintain housekeeping schedules, checklists, and assign tasks accordingly.
Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning standards, usage of equipment, and hygiene practices.
Maintain inventory and request cleaning materials and equipment in advance.
Coordinate with showroom heads to align cleaning activities with operational needs (avoid cleaning during customer visits).
Ensure cleanliness of back-office and staff accommodations as needed.
Enforce hygiene protocols especially in washrooms, pantry areas, and common spaces.
Manage waste disposal and ensure environmentally safe cleaning practices.
Report any misconduct, absenteeism, or poor performance to HR or management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in housekeeping or cleaning supervision.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Knowledge of housekeeping tools, materials, and hygiene standards.
Good communication skills in regional/local language (English/Hindi/Kannada/Tamil as per region).
Attention to detail and ability to inspect and correct issues proactively.
Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks if required.
