Key Responsibilities:

• Operations & Facility Management:
  Supervise daily housekeeping operations across offices, studios, washrooms, corridors, and common areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
  Coordinate with maintenance, admin, and other departments for seamless facility operations.
   

• Team Supervision & Resource Planning:
  Plan, schedule, and assign tasks to housekeeping staff for optimal efficiency and coverage.
  Train staff on best practices, chemical handling, hygiene protocols, and safety standards.
   

• Compliance, Quality Control & Vendor Management:
  Conduct regular inspections, maintain inventory of supplies/equipment, and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
  Manage vendor relationships (if outsourced) and prepare periodic performance and compliance reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in a corporate or media house environment.

• Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, agents, and equipment with safe handling practices.

• Good leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping staff.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Basic understanding of housekeeping software/tools (if any).

• Willing to work in a fast-paced, high-demand media environment with flexible hours if needed.

• It is a Full Time Housekeeping job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
