Housekeeping Supervisor

Location: Punjabi Bagh, Delhi
Working Hours: 09:30 AM – 07:30 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Caretaker who has hands-on knowledge of multiple maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general household/site upkeep.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, responsible, and capable of handling day-to-day operational and maintenance work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic electrical work (wiring, fittings, minor repairs)

• Handle plumbing tasks (leakage fixing, pipe maintenance, fittings)

• Carry out carpentry work (minor furniture repairs, fittings)

• Assist in tile work and general maintenance tasks

• Ensure overall cleanliness, upkeep, and maintenance of the premises

• Coordinate with external vendors/technicians for major repairs

• Monitor and maintain tools, equipment, and supplies

Requirements:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of multiple technical skills (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)

• EXCELLENT IN NEGOTIATION

• SELF DECISION MAKER

• SELF STARTER

• Prior experience in a similar caretaker/maintenance role preferred

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

• Responsible, trustworthy, and disciplined

• Must be physically fit and ready for hands-on work

• Preference will be given to candidates residing nearby Punjabi Bagh or willing to commute

• Immediate joiners preferred
