We are hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise housekeeping staff and assign daily duties

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met

• Train and guide new housekeeping staff

• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

• Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations

• Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping

Requirements:

• 1 to 1.5 years of experience in housekeeping or similar role

• Good leadership and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours
