Location: Noida
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience Required: 2 – 5 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to manage housekeeping operations and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards are maintained across the premises. The candidate should have good team handling skills, attention to detail, and experience in supervising housekeeping staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage housekeeping staff and daily cleaning activities

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times

• Assign duties and monitor staff performance

• Inspect rooms, office areas, washrooms, and common areas regularly

• Maintain housekeeping inventory and cleaning supplies

• Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and safety standards

• Handle guest/client complaints related to housekeeping professionally

• Coordinate with maintenance and other departments when required

• Prepare duty rosters and attendance records

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and hygiene standards

• Ability to manage a housekeeping team efficiently

• Basic reporting and coordination skills

• Hotel, hospital, corporate office, or facility management experience preferred
