Key Responsibilities: 

• Supervising and Directing Work:

  Overseeing the daily operations of the workforce, ensuring that employees are meeting their responsibilities and adhering to company policies and procedures. 

• Managing Schedules and Workflow:

  Creating and managing employee schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring a smooth workflow to meet deadlines and objectives. 

• Evaluating Performance:

  Assessing employee performance, providing feedback and coaching, and identifying areas for improvement. 

• Training and Development:

  Training new employees and providing ongoing professional development opportunities to support career growth. 

• Addressing Issues and Resolving Conflicts:

  Addressing employee concerns, resolving disputes, and ensuring a positive work environment. 

• Reporting and Documentation:

  Maintaining accurate records of employee attendance, performance, and training, and reporting to management on team performance and progress. 

• Ensuring Compliance:

  Ensuring adherence to company policies, safety guidelines, and industry regulations. 

• Improving Efficiency and Productivity:

  Identifying opportunities to improve team productivity and reduce costs. 

• Recruiting and Staffing:

  In some cases, they may also be involved in recruitment, such as managing job postings, processing applications, and participating in the interview process.
