Key Responsibilities:
Supervise support staff (cleaners, messengers, etc.) to ensure tasks are performed efficiently.
Report facility issues and follow up on necessary maintenance or repairs.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of office utilities and spaces.
Oversee and support logistics for small internal office moves or setups.
Serve refreshments (tea/coffee/water) to staff and visitors.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the office, pantry, meeting rooms, and common areas.
Monitor and replenish pantry and office supplies.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and events.
Handle official errands, including banking, and local deliveries.
Purchasing: Buy goods, office supplies, and snacks for office staff as per instructions.
Inter-branch Support: Deliver or collect items between branches in case of emergency or urgent requirement.
Logistics: Coordinate small purchases and vendor pickups/deliveries as required.
Travel Allowance: Petrol allowance will be provided for all official outside work.

Duty Time: 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm
