We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Mana Projects Pvt. Ltd to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas. The role includes using appropriate cleaning methods, handling chemicals safely, and ensuring a sanitized environment. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹30000.
Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping Operations
Supervise day-to-day housekeeping activities in all assigned areas.
Ensure cleanliness of reception, lounge, discussion rooms, washrooms, cafeteria, pathways, and customer touchpoints.
Maintain show flats/model apartments in excellent condition at all times.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation.
Ensure dust-free and stain-free upkeep of furniture, fixtures, glass surfaces, and flooring.
Monitor deep cleaning schedules for carpets, sofas, washrooms, and common areas.
Team Management
Supervise housekeeping staff deployment and attendance.
Allocate duties and shift responsibilities to housekeeping team members.
Train staff on grooming, cleaning procedures, chemical usage, and customer etiquette.
Ensure housekeeping staff maintain proper uniform and grooming standards.
Monitor staff productivity and discipline.
Inventory & Material Management
Maintain stock of housekeeping consumables and cleaning chemicals.
Ensure proper usage and storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
Raise material indents/requisitions for housekeeping supplies.
Coordinate with vendors for consumables and housekeeping-related services.
Customer Experience & Hospitality
Ensure all customer-facing areas are neat, fresh, and presentable throughout operating hours.
Support events, launches, customer visits, and VIP visits by ensuring readiness of facilities.
Ensure washrooms are hygienic and adequately stocked at all times.
Maintain fragrance, ambience, and cleanliness standards in experience centres and show flats.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Follow health, safety, and company SOPs.
Report damages, maintenance issues, or safety concerns immediately.
Coordinate with maintenance and security teams for smooth facility operations.
