Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and organized Housekeeping Supervisor to support the Human Resources and Office Administration functions. This role involves maintaining documentation, managing cleaning and support staff and assisting with various day-to-day office tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain daily attendance records for cleaning and support staff.

• Coordinate the hiring process for cleaning and support staff as needed.

• Ensure cleaning standards are met and address any operational issues.

• Assist in day-to-day administrative duties and office management.

• Help in organizing office activities, meetings, or employee events.

• Support other departments as needed with clerical tasks or errands.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in HR support or office administration preferred.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Basic knowledge of HR processes and practices.

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
