Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Housekeeping Supervisor with strong experience in facility management, housekeeping operations, and team handling. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and operational efficiency across the facility.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end housekeeping operations and daily cleaning activities
Supervise housekeeping staff, including shift planning, attendance, and task allocation
Ensure compliance with cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards
Conduct routine inspections, audits, and quality checks
Handle inventory management of cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment
Implement waste management and infection control practices (especially for hospitals)
Coordinate with facility management teams and vendors
Train housekeeping staff on SOPs, safety procedures, and grooming standards
Maintain reports for operations, manpower, and materials usage.
Resolve complaints and ensure client satisfaction and service quality.
Required Skills
Minimum 5+ years of experience in hospital housekeeping / facility management
Experience in hospital / corporate housekeeping preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety protocols.
