Respected Candidate,
We are a 3-star hotel in Bangalore with 45 rooms, 2 common areas, and 2 rooftop areas.
Please go through the housekeeping responsibilities carefully:
•Room & Bathroom Maintenance: Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and fittings, ensuring proper hygiene and ventilation.
•Public Area Cleaning: Maintain corridors, staircases, offices, and ground floor areas.
•Electrical Items: Take care of fans, lights, air-conditioners, mini-fridges, and other electrical appliances.
•Registers & Reports: Maintain cleaning, stock, and laundry records, and submit daily/weekly reports to the Kolkata office.
•Procurement: Monitor housekeeping supplies, place orders when required, and ensure good quality materials are used.
•Staff Management: Allocate daily tasks, monitor staff performance, maintain discipline and dress code, and report any issues immediately.
