Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Supervision & Operations

• Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure daily cleaning tasks are completed on time.

• Allocate duties, prepare staff schedules, and manage shift arrangements.

• Monitor cleaning quality across all assigned areas.

2. Hiring & Manpower Management

• Assist in hiring blue-collar housekeeping staff.

• Maintain proper staff deployment based on workload and site requirements.

• Ensure new staff onboarding, training, and documentation.

3. Client Interaction & Reporting

• Coordinate with client representatives for daily updates.

• Handle complaints, take corrective actions, and ensure client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 years of experience as Housekeeping Supervisor.

• Ability to supervise blue-collar staff effectively.

Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemicals.

Good communication and leadership skills.

Experience in housekeeping hiring & manpower planning preferred.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple sites (if required).

Education:

Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
