Position: Housekeeping Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily housekeeping operations and staff deployment

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards across premises

Monitor attendance, duty roster, and work performance

Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures & safety

Check cleaning materials, stock, and equipment usage

Handle client complaints and resolve service issues

Maintain inspection reports and documentation

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience as Housekeeping Supervisor

Good team handling and communication skills

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals & machinery

Ability to manage shifts and manpower
