They bridge the gap between housekeeping staff and management by conducting inspections, resolving guest issues, and coordinating with other departments

Problem-Solving: Acting as a point of contact for issues and acting as a supervisor on duty.
Maintenance: Assisting in cleaning duties if necessary due to staff shortages
