Job Summary
The Assistant Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, supervise support staff, and ensure smooth operations while maintaining high standards of guest service, cleanliness, and discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, security, and support staff.
Assign and monitor daily tasks.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and operational standards are maintained.
Handle guest requests and resolve basic complaints.
Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance.
Conduct daily team briefings and submit operational reports.
Coordinate with management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.
Qualifications
Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management or any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in hotels, resorts, homestays, or hospitality operations.
