We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor who will look after the daily cleaning work and manage the housekeeping staff.
Main Duties:
Supervise housekeeping staff and make sure cleaning work is done properly.
Assign daily work to cleaners and helpers.
Check rooms, offices, washrooms, and common areas for cleanliness.
Ensure cleaning materials and tools are used correctly.
Report any shortage of cleaning items or damaged equipment.
Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning methods and rules.
Maintain discipline, attendance, and work quality of the team.
Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Coordinate with management for any special cleaning requirements.
Requirements:
Basic understanding of cleaning work.
Ability to handle and guide a small team.
Honest, responsible, and hardworking.
Basic communication skills.
Prior experience in housekeeping is preferred.
