Position: Housekeeping Supervisor (HK Supervisor)
Department: Facility / Administration
Reporting To: Facility Manager / Admin Manager
Job Summary
Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervising housekeeping staff and managing overall facility and admin-related activities including transportation, cab facility, cafeteria services, arrangements, and stationery to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping & Facility Management
· Supervise daily housekeeping activities and maintain cleanliness standards.
· Allocate duties to housekeeping staff and monitor their performance.
· Ensure availability and proper use of housekeeping materials and equipment.
· Conduct regular inspections of office premises, washrooms, and common areas.
Transportation & Cab Facility Management
· Arrange and manage transportation and cab facilities for employees.
· Maintain updated records of admin staff using cab facilities.
· Coordinate with cab vendors for timely pickup and drop.
· Maintain cab duty slips, logs, and billing coordination.
· Handle and resolve cab-related issues.
Cafeteria Service Management
· Supervise daily cafeteria operations and hygiene standards.
· Coordinate with cafeteria vendor/staff for timely food service.
· Ensure quality, cleanliness, and proper arrangement in cafeteria area.
· Handle cafeteria-related complaints and feedback from employees.
· Monitor food supply, serving schedules, and cleanliness.
Facility & Arrangement Management
· Manage seating arrangements, meeting room setup, and office arrangements.
· Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure.
Stationery & Inventory Management
· Manage stationery stock and ensure availability.
· Issue stationery items as per requirement.
· Maintain inventory records and consumption reports.
Supervision & Reporting
· Maintain attendance, duty rosters, and discipline of housekeeping staff.
· Train staff on housekeeping, safety, hygiene, and cafeteria standards.
Skills & Requirements
· Knowledge of housekeeping, facility, cafeteria, and admin operations.
· Experience in cab facility and transportation coordination.
· Ability to handle vendors and admin records.
· Good communication and people-management skills.
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, reporting).
Qualification & Experience
· Minimum 10th / 12th pass.
· 5–6+ years of experience in housekeeping or facility supervision.
· Experience in corporate office / industrial site preferred.
