Job Description:

Housekeeping Supervisor

Role: Oversee and train housekeeping staff.
Scheduling: Assign tasks and manage shift rosters.
Cleanliness: Ensure rooms and common areas meet cleanliness and safety standards.
Procedures: Develop and implement cleaning protocols.
Quality control: Conduct regular inspections and checks.
Inventory: Manage cleaning supplies and handle requisitions.
Guest handling: Resolve guest complaints related to housekeeping.
Coordination: Liaise with maintenance and other departments.
Admin tasks: Maintain attendance, timecards, and payroll records.
Knowledge required: Cleaning practices, chemicals, and equipment.
