जॉब सारांश:

हम एक अनुभवी एवं जिम्मेदार हाउसकीपिंग सुपरवाइज़र (पुरुष) की तलाश कर रहे हैं, जो हाउसकीपिंग टीम का प्रभावी प्रबंधन कर सके तथा सफाई कार्यों की गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित कर सके। उम्मीदवार को हाउसकीपिंग में उपयोग होने वाले विभिन्न केमिकल्स, क्लीनिंग एजेंट्स एवं मशीनों की अच्छी जानकारी होनी चाहिए।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां:

• हाउसकीपिंग स्टाफ की दैनिक गतिविधियों की निगरानी एवं प्रबंधन करना।

• परिसर, कमरों, कॉमन एरिया, वॉशरूम आदि की साफ-सफाई सुनिश्चित करना।

• सफाई कार्यों में उपयोग होने वाले केमिकल्स एवं क्लीनिंग प्रोडक्ट्स का सही उपयोग सुनिश्चित करना।

• हाउसकीपिंग सामग्री एवं केमिकल स्टॉक का रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना।

• सफाई संबंधी सुरक्षा मानकों (Safety Standards) का पालन करवाना।

• कर्मचारियों को कार्य आवंटित करना एवं उनकी कार्यक्षमता पर नजर रखना।

• किसी भी सफाई या रखरखाव संबंधी समस्या की रिपोर्ट प्रबंधन को देना।

• हाउसकीपिंग मशीनों एवं उपकरणों की उचित देखभाल सुनिश्चित करना।

• कार्यस्थल की स्वच्छता एवं हाइजीन मानकों को बनाए रखना।

आवश्यक योग्यता:

• हाउसकीपिंग सुपरविजन में कम से कम 3-5 वर्ष का अनुभव।

• क्लीनिंग केमिकल्स, फ्लोर क्लीनर, डिसइन्फेक्टेंट, पॉलिश एवं अन्य हाउसकीपिंग उत्पादों की जानकारी।

• टीम को संभालने एवं कार्य करवाने की क्षमता।

• अनुशासित, जिम्मेदार एवं मेहनती व्यक्तित्व।

• बुनियादी रिकॉर्ड एवं रिपोर्टिंग कार्य का ज्ञान।
