Housekeeping Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily housekeeping operations of our hotel. The role involves supervising room attendants, assigning tasks, inspecting rooms and public areas, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The supervisor will also manage housekeeping inventory, maintain records, and report maintenance issues promptly. Good coordination with the front office and engineering departments is essential.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of housekeeping experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and good communication skills are required. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays is a must. A background in hotel management will be an added advantage.
