Job Description

Job Summary:

In order to guarantee that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, a housekeeping room attendant is in charge of keeping public spaces and guest rooms clean, hygienic, and aesthetically pleasing. Proficiency with computers and an understanding of cleaning chemicals would be highly advantageous.

Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to hotel standards
Make beds, change linens, and replace towels
Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors
Clean bathrooms and replenish toiletries
Ensure all amenities are placed as per hotel standards
Report maintenance issues to hotel technicians (AC, lights, plumbing, etc.)
Handle guest requests politely and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness of corridors, pantry, and service areas
Follow safety and hygiene procedures at all times

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and chemicals
Attention to detail
Good communication skills
Physical stamina (standing, lifting, walking)
Teamwork and time management

Qualifications:

Minimum: 10th / 12th pass /Diploma / Graduate in Hotel course
Prior hotel housekeeping experience preferred (freshers can apply)
