Job Title: Steward
Job Summary:
We're looking for a Steward to maintain cleanliness and organization in our hotel and restaurant. You'll support food service, handle utensils and equipment, and ensure hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain dining area, kitchen, and equipment cleanliness
- Support food service and beverage handling
- Manage utensils, crockery, and glassware
- Assist in inventory and stock management
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols
Requirements:
- 10+2 or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in hospitality
- Basic knowledge of hygiene practices
- Physically fit and able to lift weights
