Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team. The role involves ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort in guest rooms and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas to hotel standards.

• Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest supplies.

• Vacuum, dust, mop floors, and sanitize surfaces.

• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.

• Ensure guest requests are handled promptly and courteously.

• Follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation policies at all times.

• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies properly.

Requirements:

• Prior housekeeping/cleaning experience preferred, in hotel industry.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good attention to detail and cleanliness.

• Physically fit to perform housekeeping duties.

• Positive attitude and willingness to provide excellent guest service.
