  • Clean and service guest rooms daily to hotel standards.

  • Change bed linens and make beds neatly.

  • Replace used towels and toiletries with fresh supplies.

  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors; dust furniture and fixtures.

  • Sanitize bathrooms (toilets, showers, sinks, mirrors).

  • Restock minibars or amenities as required.

  • Report maintenance issues (broken lights, plumbing problems).

  • Respond to guest requests politely and promptly.

  • Ensure safety and hygiene standards are consistently met.
