1. Job Role - Field Officer (Manpower) Recruit and manage housekeeping staff

3. Maintain daily attendance and check discipline

4. Handle staff issues like absenteeism, behavior, or performance

5. Coordinate between office, staff, and clients

6. Solve problems at sites quickly and efficiently

7. Take feedback from clients regularly

8. Submit daily reports to HR or Manager

9. Manage staff uniform, ID card, and joining documents

10. Ensure smooth manpower supply at all sites

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 3 years of experience. Expert knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures is essential.
