Job Description

We are looking for a Housekeeping Field Officer to join our team at AKS Facilities. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality across assigned sites. The role includes field visits, team handling, and ensuring proper use of cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment.
Responsibilities:

Search & recruit housekeeping staff
Deploy manpower at new sites
Manage multiple sites & operations
Handle client meetings & site visits
Support sales & new business onboarding
Ensure cleaning, hygiene & service quality
Manage materials, chemicals & equipment
Report issues & coordinate with clients

📋 Requirements:

1–4 years experience (Housekeeping/FM)
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals & machines
Team handling + site management skills
Good communication & field work ability

🚨 Must Have:

Bike (2-wheeler)
Valid Driving License (DL)
