Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and organized Housekeeping Manager to oversee housekeeping operations and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards are maintained at the property.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage housekeeping staff on a daily basis.
Allocate duties and monitor completion of cleaning tasks.
Ensure rooms, common areas, washrooms, and premises are clean and well-maintained.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain hygiene and quality standards.
Manage housekeeping supplies, linen, and inventory.
Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and safety practices.
Coordinate with maintenance and other departments for timely issue resolution.
Maintain attendance records and staff schedules.
Handle guest or resident housekeeping-related concerns professionally.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Requirements

Experience in housekeeping supervision or management preferred.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Basic knowledge of housekeeping procedures and inventory management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic communication skills in English, Hindi, or Kannada.
Willingness to stay at the provided accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

Hotel, hostel, facility management, or housekeeping experience.
Ability to manage a team and maintain service quality.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: ₹15,000 In-hand + PF + ESI + Free Accommodation + 3 Meals per Day
