Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities.
Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance.
Train, motivate, and support housekeeping staff.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linens.
Handle guest requests and resolve service issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company standards.
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
2+ years of supervisory experience in housekeeping.
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
Preferred: Prior experience in the hotel industry.
