We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager for the VIP Bungalow to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the assigned areas.
The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹40,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain overall cleanliness and upkeep of the entire bungalow (bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, outdoor spaces)
Ensure daily cleaning, deep cleaning, and seasonal maintenance
Supervise housekeeping staff (maids, cleaners, helpers)
Assign daily tasks and schedules
Train staff in high-quality cleaning standards and etiquette
Monitor performance and discipline
24•7 Job with accommodation.
Coordination with Household Team
Work closely with:
Cook/chef
Caretakers
Security staff
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the house
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 6+ years of experience. Expert knowledge of cleaning, equipment, and safety procedures is essential. The role requires candidates with time management skills, attention to detail, and physical stamina to perform tasks efficiently.
