Job Description

Supervise daily housekeeping operations.
Inspect guest rooms, corridors, lobby, and public areas for cleanliness and presentation.
Manage and schedule housekeeping staff shifts and duties.
Train, motivate, and evaluate housekeeping employees.
Ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance departments regarding room status and repairs.
Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen, uniforms, and inventory levels.
Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally.
Prepare housekeeping reports and occupancy updates.
Control departmental expenses and budgets.
Ensure lost-and-found procedures are followed properly.
