Housekeeping Manager

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Housekeeping Manager to supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and proper maintenance of the assigned premises.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage housekeeping staff and daily cleaning activities.

2. Prepare duty rosters and allocate work to housekeeping employees.

3. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in offices, washrooms, corridors, common areas, and other premises.

4. Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline.

5. Inspect cleaning work regularly and maintain housekeeping standards.

6. Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment.

7. Maintain housekeeping checklists, attendance records, and dailylve housekeeping-related issues promptly.

8. Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

9. Monitor the stock of cleaning materials and arrange timely replenishment.

10. Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and company policies.

Eligibility and Qualifications:

- Minimum qualification: PUC / 12th pass or graduate.

- Previous experience in housekeeping or facility management preferred.

- Good communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to manage staff and maintain discipline.

- Knowledge of cleaning materials, equipment, and hygiene practices.
