Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Overall facility management of the premises
- Sound knowledge of Platinum-rated buildings/building management systems
- Experience in conducting fire drills and implementing fire safety procedures
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing maintenance
- Inventory management of housekeeping materials
- Supervision of landscaping and horticulture activities
- Ability to coordinate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance teams
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in facility management will be preferred
