Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services & Experience
Ensure a welcoming, high-quality, and memorable guest experience.
Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
Monitor guest satisfaction levels and develop improvement plans as needed.
Operational Management
Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with resort standards and procedures.
Ensure resort facilities, rooms, and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and fully functional.
Financial & Administrative Oversight
Control costs while maintaining service quality.
Support event planning, promotions, and guest engagement activities.
Health, Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with all legal, health, and safety regulations.
Implement and monitor safety protocols for guests and staff.
