Housekeeping Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Household Operations

• Manage daily household activities and ensure smooth functioning.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of the property.

• Oversee laundry, kitchen, pantry, and storage management.

2. Staff Supervision

• Recruit, train, and supervise domestic staff (housekeepers, drivers, cooks, security, etc.).

• Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance.

• Conduct performance reviews and handle disciplinary matters if required.

3. Vendor & Maintenance Management

• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and utility services.

• Schedule regular servicing of appliances, AC units, plumbing, and electrical systems.

• Maintain inventory of household supplies.

4. Financial Management

• Manage household expenses and budgets.

• Maintain records of bills, payments, and petty cash.

• Coordinate with accounts department if applicable.

5. Guest & Event Coordination

• Organize hospitality arrangements for guests.

• Plan and manage small household events or gatherings.

• Ensure high standards of service and presentation.

6. Security & Compliance

• Ensure safety protocols are followed.

• Supervise security staff and CCTV monitoring if applicable.

• Maintain confidentiality and privacy at all times.
