Supervise team members during a shift to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
Deliver outstanding customer service to all guests.
Ensure food quality and hygiene standards are met at all times.
Manage inventory, stock levels, and ensure availability of required ingredients and packaging.
Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly.
Train, coach, and motivate team members to meet performance and service goals.
Maintain proper labor cost and manage labor scheduling according to business needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and sanitation procedures.
Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, cash registers, and manage shift cash handling.
Support delivery operations and manage driver dispatch during peak hours.
Report shift performance to the Store Manager and assist in administrative tasks as required.
Previous experience in the food service/retail industry is preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Basic math and computer skills.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
12th Passed or Graduate candidate required (preferred).
6months -4 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role (preferred but not mandatory).
