Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Housekeeping:

  • Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, and common areas

  • Clean tables, utensils, floors, and washrooms regularly

  • Ensure proper waste disposal and hygiene standards

  • Refill cleaning supplies as needed

2. Kitchen Helper:

  • Assist chefs in basic food preparation (cutting, cleaning, etc.)

  • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen area

  • Support in stock handling and storage

3. Service Staff:

  • Take customer orders and assist in serving food

  • Ensure quick and polite customer service

  • Handle basic customer queries and complaints

  • Maintain cleanliness of service area

4. Packaging Staff:

  • Pack food items as per order requirements (dine-in/takeaway/online)

  • Ensure proper labeling and sealing of packages

  • Coordinate with kitchen and delivery teams

  • Maintain hygiene and accuracy in packing
