Housekeeping Helper

Position Overview

The Housekeeping Associate plays a vital role in ensuring the hotel maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction. This position is responsible for cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces while adhering to hotel policies and safety standards.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors according to hotel standards

• Replace linens, towels, and amenities daily or as required

• Maintain cleanliness of public areas (lobby, hallways, restrooms, etc.)

• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly

• Ensure proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment

• Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times

• Assist with laundry duties when needed

• Provide courteous and professional service to guests, responding to requests promptly

🎯 Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (hotel experience is a plus)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weights

• Basic communication skills; ability to understand instructions in English (additional languages are a plus)
