Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain a clean, sanitary, comfortable, and tidy environment for our guests or residents. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work and ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other assigned areas

• Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities

• Replenish supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens

• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor

• Follow all health and safety regulations

• Ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms or resident information

• Handle cleaning chemicals responsibly and follow safety procedures

• Maintain housekeeping equipment in good condition

• Assist with laundry duties when required

• Respond to customer or resident queries and requests in a polite and timely manner

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a housekeeper or cleaner preferred (but not required)

• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance

• Ability to follow instructions and handle cleaning equipment and supplies

• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus

Working Conditions:

• Work may involve exposure to cleaning chemicals and physical activity

• Uniform provided and required
