The kitchen helper will assist the bakery production team in daily operations and maintain cleanliness, speed, and organization in the kitchen.
Daily Duties
Production Support
Measure and scale ingredients accurately
Assist bakers during preparation
Prepare trays, moulds, and baking tools
Help in cake icing and decoration preparation
Support cookie, brownie, tea cake, and bread production
Assist in packaging finished products
Cleaning & Hygiene
Wash utensils, bowls, trays, and equipment
Clean work tables and kitchen area regularly
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
Dispose of waste properly
Keep storage area organized
Ingredient Handling
Arrange raw materials properly
Refill ingredients during production
Check freshness of ingredients
Inform senior staff when stock is low
General Responsibilities
Follow instructions from baker/chef
Work quickly and carefully during rush hours
Maintain discipline and punctuality
Handle bakery items carefully to avoid wastage
Support team members when needed
