Job Summary
The Housekeeping Boy is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and a safe environment in the assigned premises. The role includes cleaning, sanitizing, waste disposal, replenishment of consumables, and supporting day-to-day housekeeping operations in accordance with company SOPs and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain office areas, cabins, conference rooms, reception, corridors, washrooms, staircases, and common areas.
Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and sanitize assigned areas regularly.
Clean glass surfaces, doors, windows, partitions, and furniture.
Refill washroom consumables such as hand wash, tissue paper, toilet rolls, and air fresheners.
Collect, segregate, and dispose of garbage as per waste management procedures.
Operate and maintain housekeeping equipment and cleaning tools safely.
Use cleaning chemicals as per SOP and safety guidelines.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Maintain housekeeping stores and ensure proper utilization of cleaning materials.
Assist in deep cleaning, periodic cleaning, and special cleaning activities.
Attend daily briefing and follow work schedules assigned by the supervisor.
Wear proper uniform and PPE while on duty.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional behavior at the workplace.
Follow all company policies related to safety, security, hygiene, and client requirements.
Educational Qualification
Minimum 8th Pass / 10th Pass.
Basic reading and writing skills preferred.
Experience
Fresher can apply.
0–6 years of experience in housekeeping, facility management, hotels, hospitals, malls, or corporate offices will be preferred.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of housekeeping procedures.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Physically fit and capable of performing manual work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions
