Housekeeping Executive

Job Summary:

Responsible for assisting with day-to-day office operations including serving refreshments, handling errands, maintaining office cleanliness, and supporting staff in basic administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

• Handle outdoor tasks such as delivering/collecting documents, bank-related work, and couriers.

• Keep the office, workstations, meeting rooms, and pantry neat and clean.

• Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.

• Manage office supplies like stationery, pantry items, and inform for replenishment.

• Support staff in small office-related tasks as instructed.

• Ensure proper opening and closing of office premises when required.

• Handle guests/visitors politely and guide them to the concerned person.

Skills & Competencies:

• Basic communication skills (reading & writing preferred).

• Polite, disciplined, and punctual.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

• Trustworthy and hardworking.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 8th / 10th pass preferred.

• Experience as Office Boy / Peon will be an added advantage.
