Role Summary:
Responsible for keeping all rooms and common areas clean, while also assisting at the front desk to ensure smooth guest check-in, check-out, and basic guest support.
Key Responsibilities:
Housekeeping
Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common spaces daily
Change linens, towels, and restock supplies
Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards
Report any repair or maintenance needs
Front Desk
Welcome guests during check-in and check-out
Maintain guest register and handover keys
Answer basic guest queries (property rules, Wi-Fi, food options, etc.)
Coordinate with property manager for guest requests and escalations
Requirements:
Prior experience in housekeeping/front office preferred
Neat, presentable, and guest-friendly personality
Basic communication skills (English/Hindi)
Reliable, punctual, and service-oriented
